Graham started his working life in 1988 working for RH Freight Ltd as a shipping freight forwarder. During this time, Graham got to use and understand various workings of a number of software systems that helped to make the continued running and growth of the business. This was a valuable lesson that he never forgot and still expands on today.
After an enjoyable period at RH Freight, Graham joined the family business at JT Electrical Services starting with a YTS scheme for training. Graham attended the Old Swan Technology College for four years to gain all of his qualifications in electrical engineering and electronics.
After thirteen years at JT Electrical, Graham was beginning to focus his skills and experience in the leisure industry and as such parted with JT Electrical to setup his own company with his wife Joanne. This started a great relationship with David Lloyd leisure owned by Whitbread at the time to which we still maintain a number of their leisure facilities. Taylored Electrical was born in 2002 with Graham and Joanne at the helm and expanding at a manageable pace year on year.
In 2007 Graham and Joanne returned to JT Electrical Services and incorporated them within their business creating the larger company that we have today.

A highly organised and hardworking professional, Joanne has overall responsibility for all commercial and financial matters.
Starting her working life in 1990 and spending over a decade within financial management for the Civil Service in Newcastle, Joanne relocated to Liverpool in 2002 and continued her career working within the Civil Service. During this time, she adopted a number of managerial positions working within the finance departments of a range of Local Authority institutions before being instrumental in starting Taylored Electrical with our Managing Director, Graham.
Now holding the position of financial director, Joanne continues to push the business forward with planned expansions as well as developing processes and driving efficiency throughout the business.
